How to Return  

Returns must be notified to us by phone or email internet sales are covered by the normal distance selling rules

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged items on delivery should be noted or refused and the courier should record the damage on there system you should not sign to accept the item if it is damaged in transit.

If the item is incorrect just contact us we will do our best to resolve any problems.

All of our products will be shipped by either Royal Mail Of our Contracted carrier and will Require A signature on delivery.
